Data and purposes
The form requires only an email address and a message. Your name and company are optional. This information is used to understand and answer your enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical information or confidential information through this form. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or trigger profile enrichment.
Legal bases
Processing a request for a quotation or service is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Other enquiries and abuse prevention are based on AFSL’s legitimate interests in answering enquiries and protecting its website, under Article 6(1)(f).
Recipients and security
Enquiries are accessible to AFSL’s owner. Technical providers responsible for hosting and email may process the data needed to deliver their services. Form submissions are not published. HTTPS encrypts data in transit. Access to the inbox and drafts is checked on the server. AFSL does not sell data collected through this form.
Retention
Copies of enquiries in the website inbox are intended to be retained for 12 months from receipt. Older enquiries are deleted the next time the form is used or the private inbox is accessed. Subsequent email correspondence may be retained to manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. AFSL is responsible for managing that correspondence. Abuse-prevention counters use temporary hashes and are renewed daily.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Depending on the legal basis and the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may also object to processing or request data portability. Email contact@afsl.fr to exercise your rights. You will normally receive a response within one month. Proof of identity will only be requested if there are reasonable doubts about your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
Scope
This policy applies to AFSL’s corporate website. Services accessed through external links have their own privacy notices. The actual location of data and providers’ contractual safeguards must be confirmed with AFSL. No guarantee of hosting exclusively in France or the European Union is made.
